We, too, eat as healthy as we can. Though we don't have a garden, we do shop local markets and purchase mostly organic fruits and veggies for ourselves. It does get expensive, but you're right; it's worth it for our health.

Not everyone cares as much as we do. John and I have decided that we will break down and purchase some "junk(y)" food (snacks and quick-to-prepare foods) to have on hand for the company that drops in. They seem to prefer all the pre-packaged, don't-think-about-where-it-comes-from kind of food; and it's cheaper. *sigh*
