You inspired me to try to recall exactly what Carroll said "mimsy" meant, and failing that on my own, I Googled. Turned up the above link, which was very informative.

Personally, I like the sound of the word "mimsy". To me, it feels much more whimsical and fun than what Carroll intended - "miserable and flimsy". Not what your bag will be at all!
