Thank you so much for the honey spoon! It's gorgeous wood, and I've never seen one designed like this. It's a stunning start to my spoon collection.

Awesome! The recipe my family uses involves a lot more steps but the same ingredients. We vary the type of alcohol, add whipped scream on top (Oh, I really meant "cream" but I'm gonna leave it), and recently graduated to using *freshly grated* nutmeg for the top. But the core of it, RAW eggs and lots of milkfat, are essential. By the way, one can wash the outside of the eggs with a little soap - just like washing hands - just to improve chances of continued good health.
